New to yoga or new to teaching yoga? Private sessions will assist with your journey.


Many people think about trying yoga because they have heard or been told how beneficial it can be for agility, core strength and mental well-being. Or perhaps they have heard about how yoga can help with muscular or skeletal pains or issues. 

Yoga can help with all of these things, and my students have told me that they benefit from each of these outcomes in varying ways depending on what is going on in their lives. 

However, I fully understand that despite wanting to try yoga, many people feel they need help to attend a formal class.

As well as one-to-one personal sessions, I can help you as a group of more than one person at your home and will accommodate everyone's circumstances.
