Yes. Beginners are welcome to come, beginners come in all variations, and I will give you options to suit your needs. 

There are certain props and mats available but if you do have a mat please bring your own. Please ask if you're unsure via phone, text or email.

There is parking at Eridge Village Hall. 

Parking at the Whitehill Centre is on the street, either outside or take a drive around the block, Queen's Road and Herne Road are good, just means a short walk 

Comfortable clothes you can move in. 

Overly baggy clothes can get in the way when doing certain poses, so bare that in mind, loose is better than too baggy. Or gym clothes works well.
