About Claire’s Yoga Classes
My Hatha yoga classes in Crowborough are warm, friendly, and welcoming. I teach beginners yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and senior yoga, focusing on building strength and mobility in a way that’s accessible, intelligent, and enjoyable.
Inspired by somatic yoga and Qigong , my classes encourage you to move mindfully and listen to what feels right for your body — without worrying about how a pose “should” look. Most classes welcome all levels, though some sessions are specially tailored
