Claire Mclellan Yoga

About Claire Mclellan

I’ve been teaching regular yoga classes since 2014, and I’m always learning something new. My in-depth study of anatomy over the years gives me the insight to adapt the same session for different bodies—so whether you’re wrestling with tight hips, a stiff back or anything in between, you’ll get the support you need.

My approach is down-to-earth and encouraging: I’ll guide you to connect your physical form with your centre through conscious movement, which naturally enhances self-awareness in all areas of life. I’ve drawn inspiration from a wealth of teachers and traditions—Gary Carter of Natural Bodies (my mentor), Tias Little, Thomas Hanna, Qigong, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, and many more—each shaping the way I teach.

I teach independently as Claire McLellan Yoga, I remain endlessly curious about embodiment—because the more we discover, the more we realise there is to explore. Yoga has been my lifelong companion, and I’m truly grateful for every step of this journey. Let’s grow together
