About Claire Mclellan
II've been teaching yoga classes in Crowborough since 2014 and I'm still fascinated by how the body works.
Over the years I've studied anatomy, movement, somatics, Qigong and a range of yoga traditions. That experience allows me to adapt each session to the people in front of me, whether you're dealing with stiffness, stress, reduced mobility or simply want to move and feel better.
My teaching is practical, down-to-earth and encouraging. Rather than chasing perfect poses, I focus on helping you understand your body, improve how you move and build confidence in yourself.
I teach yoga classes, private yoga sessions and workshops in Crowborough, helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement, breath and awareness.
Yoga has been my companion for many years and I'm grateful to share what I've learned with others.
