A calm, welcoming class designed for older adults who want to stay mobile, balanced and connected to their bodies. Blending Hatha yoga, mindful movement and a little Qigong, we move with care and awareness to support mobility, balance and overall wellbeing.

In this class, you'll:

Cultivate mobility, balance and breath awareness

Relax in a friendly, supportive community with plenty of encouragement and laughter

Enjoy a friendly class suitable for beginners and those with some yoga experience

Learn Your Body Through Movement
Fridays at 9:30 AM
Location: The Whitehill Centre, Crowborough

A welcoming mixed-ability class that explores movement, awareness and connection through yoga.

Rather than focusing on achieving poses, we explore ways to move with greater ease, freedom and understanding. Classes encourage you to listen to your body, discover new movement possibilities and develop greater comfort and confidence in movement.

In this class, you’ll:

Explore movement with curiosity and awareness

Improve mobility, balance and coordination

Develop a deeper understanding of how your body moves and feels

Suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
